Nutrition Courses at CBU
All courses listed below are completed in one term and are 3 credits only. Students are strongly encouraged to print off notes for a given lecture and bring them to class. These notes are not a complete transcript of the lectures. Please consult this page every Sunday at or after 12 noon for the upcoming week's notes and readings. Readings and review of lecture notes are to be completed prior to class. Student attendance at each and every class is very strongly encouraged.
