SURF'S up!
March 27, 2010
About SURF and SHOWCASE
The CBU Student Undergraduate Research Forum (SURF) and Undergraduate SHOWCASE is a joint multi-disciplinary opportunity for CBU students to present their research and course projects, offering invaluable experience in the preparation and delivery of: papers, poster presentations, and course project presentations in a non-threatening academic setting.
CBU prides itself on providing promising students with academic opportunities that are outside the norm at larger institutions. We recognize that research and the presentation of course projects is an essential component of advanced education and that the sharing of findings and fresh scholarship prepares the student for both graduate studies and professional careers. Faculty are asked to encourage their students to participate in this valuable exercise.
